The downhill mountain bike world champs were held in Andorra last night our time, it was raining in practice and the track got real muddy and there were heaps of ruts. By the time race day came around the track had dried up heaps but there were still a few wet parts. Racing started at midnight last night and finished at 2:30. There were heaps of crashes and disappointed people after their runs, it all went pretty good for the kiwis there they were all in the top 35 The best kiwi was Samuel Blenkinsop who came in at 7th place, the winner was Loic Bruni.
